Because our guides are instant digital downloads, you get full access the moment you buy. For that reason, all sales are generally final.
But we stand behind our work
If something is wrong, your file will not download, it is corrupted, or it is genuinely not what was described, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will make it right. That means we will fix the problem or refund you. We are not interested in keeping money from someone we did not actually help.
